These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PromptMix (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator and contact

The Service is operated by LumenNest Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (doing business as "PromptMix") ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Plans and pricing

PromptMix currently offers a Free plan for core features. We may introduce an optional Pro plan in the future.

If paid features are introduced, we will present pricing and applicable terms before you purchase, and payment will be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not process or store payment card details on the Service at this time. Unless otherwise required by law, fees for the Pro plan will be non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation;
• upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law;
• use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or exploit others.

6. Your content

You may submit text, prompts, and other content to the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party services (for example, authentication, analytics, or advertising). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice.
